Invoice Conditions
At Keeping House & Home, we like things clean—including our invoicing. Here's how it works:
💸 Pre-Payment
.A 20% deposit is due at time of booking. No deposit, no booking—simple.
🗓️ Payment Terms
Invoices are due on the day of your service. You can pay:
By card via our Hnry invoice (secure + easy)
Direct to our PayID (on your invoice)
Or good old-fashioned bank transfer
🧾 Rubbish Removal
Left junk behind? That’s a $500 fee. No ifs, buts, or bin bags. (End of Lease only)
⏰ Late Fees
Late payment? That’s a 5% fee added after 24 hours. We’ll still love you, just not your timing.
🚫 Cancellations
Less than 24 hours' notice = your deposit goes bye-bye.
If we need to cancel (life happens), we’ll move your payment to your next clean. Less than 24 hour’s notice = deposit refund.
