🧽 How to Prepare for Your Clean

We’re not fussy — but a little prep helps us give you the best possible clean. Here’s how to set your space up for success:

👟 General Clean Prep

  • Make sure kitchen sinks are empty of dishes and cutlery.

  • Bathroom and shower floors should be dry — no slip-n-slide surprises please.

  • Clutter lying on the floor? We'll pop it neatly on the nearest “sorting point” — think: couch, bed, laundry bench.

🧹 Deep Clean Prep

  • Please empty cupboards, drawers, and shelves that need cleaning.

  • Leave out baskets or tubs if you want us to place your stuff neatly as we go.

  • Pull out heavy items (20kg+) if you want behind/under cleaned — we won’t risk injuries or broken furniture.

  • Make sure windows can be opened during the clean so we don’t suffocate on your success.

🏠 End of Lease Clean Prep

  • All personal items must be removed. If we find stuff, it’s going in the bin pile — and that’ll trigger the $500 rubbish fee.

  • Double-check that damage has been reported to your agent — we clean, we don’t do cover-ups 😉

  • Windows need to be openable during your clean — let’s air out the goodbye.
