By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following:
Booking & Payment
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Cancellations & Changes
Deposits are non-refundable. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled service may result in loss of booking.
Property Access
The property must be accessible at the agreed time and have running water and electricity. If access is not available, your booking may be cancelled and fees may apply.
Property Condition
Quoted services are based on the property being in a reasonable condition. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled properties, excessive clutter, or where extra time or resources are required.
End of Lease Cleans
While we clean to a high standard, we do not guarantee bond return, as this is determined by your real estate or property manager.
Scope of Service
We do not remove permanent stains, damage, or wear and tear. Rubbish removal is not included unless agreed prior and may incur a minimum $500 fee.
Satisfaction & Re-cleans
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address issues relating to our service where reasonable. Refunds are not provided once the service is completed.
Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed prior to the clean.
